Some of the nurses were very caring and helpful, listening, explaining and gentle. Nearly all of the staff were very good and friendly and I leave a big thank you to everyone. It cannot be easy for anybody to do the work they do. I had my dressing gown lost, taken with bed linen in a deep clean. No one has spoken to me about it, although I have officially made a complaint. I have been told conflicting information about someone coming to discuss my care package. I still do not know what is happening.
