Seen on time. Lovely doctor, listened and understood my husband’s problems. Doctor gave an excellent service, no rushing to get us out of the door!

The Doctor who dealt with me & the Lady that took my X-Rays were both very polite/efficient & professional. They are obviously under a very heavy workload & I thought they dealt with me in a caring way & obviously wanted to help me with my injury.
Suggested improvements
If I had to give a minus/criticism then it would be the waiting time, but the NHS Staff are clearly under a lot of pressure & they do the very best they can.

I was consulted on every aspect of the treatment I was given. Also I was very nervous and I was treated very kindly and given plenty of reassurance.
