The Doctor who dealt with me & the Lady that took my X-Rays were both very polite/efficient & professional. They are obviously under a very heavy workload & I thought they dealt with me in a caring way & obviously wanted to help me with my injury.

If I had to give a minus/criticism then it would be the waiting time, but the NHS Staff are clearly under a lot of pressure & they do the very best they can.
