Everything about Tetbury Hospital was brilliant. From the time I had to wait for my appointments to come through to my day surgery. The staff were all so lovely & caring to me. Especially on the day of my surgery. Especially the nurses, Christian, Sylvia & Jenny who kept me calm when I was very anxious. My Surgeon Mr Gornall went through everything with me both prior to & after the surgery. He was very reassuring about the procedure. Both Anaesthetists came & explained their role, again very reassuring. Can't thank them all enough.

A small hospital with highly dedicated and friendly staff. The staff involved in my care were more than great…… from consultation to surgery and post op it was greatly reassuring - thank you!

I had a cataract operation here in January 2023. The care and treatment was excellent form all the staff. I choose Tetbury if I have the choice because it’s very good, nearby and has shorter waiting times.

I went through the process of two cataract operations at Tetbury Hospital and the whole process was exceptional. I want to thank all of the doctors and nurses who were all involved, particularly Jenny who is a very caring and very knowledgeable nurse. I had recently been diagnosed with diabetes, Jenny gave me much more information that I had received from my own surgery, but she gave the information with care and thought, so thank you Jenny

My son with learning disabilities had an operation in your Day Surgery Unit. He was treated with so much care and respect. I cannot praise everyone from the surgeon, Mr Brendan McIlroy to the nurses highly enough.

Lovely small hospital. Friendly & helpful staff members who genuinely care. Consultant also extremely caring, explained my procedure & reassured any doubts that I had. Very happy with the treatment & care that I received.

I am now a shade over 6 weeks post umbilical hernia operation and feel that my review is best reported now I have seen the results as stands.
I was in the trusted hands of Dr Brendan Mcllroy, the whole process from original consult to op day was on top par!
Excellent service throughout, fantastic welcoming atmosphere, any questions related were welcome.
Professional and courteous nurse team.
Treated with respect and dignity.
The operation has proved to be a success, regained almost full original walking pace after 4 days! Kept up on walking activities throughout as soon as able, great towards a better recovery.
The mesh has appeared to have taken effectively which is fab!
Back to the gym at a reasonable pace and all is well!
Deep sincere thank you to all the team, even a complimentary courtesy call after a week to check on progress (I know it's their course)
But reassuring to know and find out that they do so.
I thoroughly recommend anyone wishing to consider Tetbury Hospital to go right ahead!
