I was looked after in a kind compassionate way from start to finish. Highly competent, speedy and wonderful bedside manner. Receptionists kind and called me a taxi.

Person was friendly during triage, gave false information. Told blood/wee samples would be done within 45 minutes but that the wait to be seen was 3 hrs.
I arrived at 17:45/50 and at 21:25 still hadn't any blood/wee samples done.
I was/am-becoming increasingly in pain, no pain relief.
