I got served by a very caring nurse, made me feel safe, calm and assured me that all will go well. I was taken through the process and given options to { } from my choice was taken into consideration. The doctor and team were great.

If the tube inserted was a bit smaller, but of course this is something that is not something to do with the team. Thank you for the great team.

I am a ulcerative colitis patient under the care of St Mark’s Hospital’s gastro and IBD team for some years. I have received great care from the consultants and IBD team throughout the years.
Recently I had a severe flare up and was admitted to the hospital eventually. I was taken care of and advised by Dr Suzanne Donnelly and IBD nurse Michael Cervantes. After I was advised to admit to the hospital, Dr Donnelly arranged her team to look out for me in the hospital and even called to check on me. Nurse Michael called me twice since I have been discharged to check if I am feeling better and to discuss future treatment plan. She always provide clear and concise information.
During my admission in the hospital, all staff in the ward includes the consultants, nurses and catering staff, were extremely professional and nice. I have been taken care of very well.
I am feeling a lot better now and I don’t think I will be here today if it wasn’t because of the great care I had from all of these great medical professional at St Mark’s. A very big Thank You to all of you!! You should be proud of your dedication and commitment to your profession.

Jackie Hawkins the specialist nurse is amazing. She has taken great care to ensure our young lady understands her condition and treatment. She is always available and is always willing to answer questions. She is a real asset to this team.

I was there in for a day care procedure under the care of Dr. Rockesh for angiogram. Dr. Rockesh was wonderful, explaining very well and caring.
I found that the whole team was excellent They were all very professional and very caring. They all made me very comfortable and calm. Wonderful team!

I was slightly late and still accommodated./nEffort was made by staff to try and get my MRI appointment moved to today as I had traveled for.
