Everyone made me feel comfortable and I was asked on several occasions if I was ok.All the nurses were very kind and took the time to explain me everything in detail

The procedure I underwent was a colonoscopy. The preparation for the procedure is not particularly pleasant, but the pre-assessment call with Juliet was very helpful (some good tips for taking the prep) and reassuring. The day of the procedure went very smoothly from start to finish. Despite the current COVID issues I felt very safe and was looked after extremely well by all staff from entry, through the procedure and the short aftercare. Everyone was very caring and the whole experience was as stress free as it could have been. There's honestly nothing I can recommend to improve upon.

I had an Angiogram in preparation for Angioplasty. The staff were absolutely first class,Very attentive checking the whole time.I have had private treatment in the past, but this was without doubt far superior. I had my doubts, but I can't praise them enough.

Every one at Endoscopy ward made my treatment so easy and stress free.
They are truly professional people. Every one at Endoscopy are wonderful professional.
I am so grateful to Endoscopist surgeon mr Raj Srirajkanthan and his team.
