The procedure I underwent was a colonoscopy. The preparation for the procedure is not particularly pleasant, but the pre-assessment call with Juliet was very helpful (some good tips for taking the prep) and reassuring. The day of the procedure went very smoothly from start to finish. Despite the current COVID issues I felt very safe and was looked after extremely well by all staff from entry, through the procedure and the short aftercare. Everyone was very caring and the whole experience was as stress free as it could have been. There's honestly nothing I can recommend to improve upon.
