The staff at the department I visited were kind, efficient and very professional even though I was only there for a short time.
I didn't feel rushed or hurried in any way. The department was clean and tidy and the receptionist even made me a cup of tea during my treatment which was lovely. Overall there were no problems I could find with staff or nurses or treatment area and have always find everyone to be really lovely :-).

Friendly team who have mainly kept me well.
The advice line isn't as responsive as it used to be due to shortage of staff. This would be great to get it back to how it was before.

The ladies at I.B.D are just wonderful. They are informed, friendly and caring.
I am deeply indebted.
What could be improved are some others in other departments of the hospital.

The nurses are friendly and professional with a good level of knowledge. Always see you on time and show an empathetic attitude. Cannot fault them!
