The staff at the department I visited were kind, efficient and very professional even though I was only there for a short time. I didn't feel rushed or hurried in any way. The department was clean and tidy and the receptionist even made me a cup of tea during my treatment which was lovely. Overall there were no problems I could find with staff or nurses or treatment area and have always find everyone to be really lovely :-).
