Friendly staff - good.
Dealt with promptly - good.
Appointment time changed at short notice. I received a phone call yesterday changing appt time from 5:15 pm to 10:30 am.

Everything was fully explained by the good and friendly staff.
There was a queue at reception (5 people) also waiting times could be improved.
Good service at end with tea and biscuits.

I have been a nurse myself for 30 years in UK. I wil recommend anybody to get this sigmoidscopy done. It is a very important and preventable measure taken by the government. It is not painful and is very reassuring. The staff and the endoscopy team were excellent. Very welcoming and very caring. Just the way, I would have liked for everyone!
