Improve communication between departments.
Be more proactive sat waiting for 5 hours for medication so we could leave and continue care at home.
Respond to alarms in a timely fashion.

Not informed of decisions. Took a long time for doctors to come when I was ill.
Felt changed up by social services and discharge team this is for more when I was on ward 2g.
Suggested improvements
Communicated better. Not swapping and changing decisions. Involve family in decisions.
