Some aspects exceptional - however initally on admisson was due to receive a CT scans which was not requested until Tuesday (4 days after admission) { } issues lack of information/communication between wards.

Suggested improvements
Improve communication between departments. Be more proactive sat waiting for 5 hours for medication so we could leave and continue care at home. Respond to alarms in a timely fashion.
