There was 9 months from learning hospital to specifying rehab by telephone. Angela has been very good with me! Covid-19 and staff changes influences situation.
Suggested improvements
It is difficult for me to have { }of problems that hte team faced because of the pandemic and staff changes.

Managed to get operation quickly, looked after by staff who do an arranging job with what little resources (staff) they have.
Suggested improvements
Perhaps, because I was younger than the rest of the ward, it felt like others were treated or washed, or turned down for the night and occasionally I felt I was overlooked/missed but this is perhaps a worked then and no way distracts from the excellent nurses and the ward and brilliant physios!!

A midwife had given me medication and did not write it down in my medical notes this caused a discrepancy when I was taken down for an emergency C-section. As this medication she injected me with was a blood thinner. I also felt like I was not performed about most of my care plan.
Suggested improvements
Inform patients as to what is happening with their care on a day today basis, also to include them more in their care so they feel less anxious with whats happening with them and to not mess with the patients mental health by promising something you cannot promise.
