Guest wiFi please.
Sat for nearly 2 hours waiting for blood test.
Guest WiFi would have been good.
Was told no WiFi available :-).
I would like to ask the login of the notice on your water dispenser which forbids using it to refill water bottles.
Isn't this encouraging single - use plastic cups at a time when we should be encouraging reusable water bottles!
Toy area for kids to play/drawing area.
Nurse great and knowledgeable.
Dr Senasigngghe and nurse Lix.
I like the way he recorded dictaphone notes re his further actions - reassuring.
Thank you for seeing me so quickly.
Calm, professional. adaptive.
Up for conversation and discussion felt involved in my care - learnt things today.
I am a regular attendee of the centre.I think seating outside would be very beneficial, I understand from talking to the receptionist this has been requested many times since the opening of the centre.
Many people needing a blood test arrive as early as 7am and by 8.30am there is always a considerable queue outside, a bench or two would be very nice; shelter even.
I would also like to mention the opening of the doors to the centre. These are very dangerous, many people have been knocked off balance as they 'ping' open outwards.
It was explained to me that they do stop opening if they sense someone coming in but have seen others struggle with wheelchairs up the small kerb; the doors closing on them at the same time. I myself have been on crutches and nearly toppled off them as the doors opened rather quickly. It is only a matter of time before someone is hurt.
It would be of great help if you can put in the letter that there are disabled parking places in front of the entrance.
I was here the first time and when I saw "only entrance" I parked my car in a side-street.
I'm in a wheelchair and this would really be appreciated.
Excellent service.
Lovely people - good care and good advice.
Perfect!
The lady who I saw today treated me with respect and she was very gentle when cutting and filling my ingrown toe nails.
