To realize you are able to exercise with breathing difficulties even at the age of 79. Excellent support and courtesy from the physiotherapist along with all the other professionals.

All Ok. Great care taken and help to do the exercises.
I have found a vibrating foot rest to help a lot with the blown up knee, to reduce size and pain (at home).
