I felt vey excluded when decisions were being made about my child, the staff told me what would happen and when as oppose to including me in any decisions being made. One member of staff stood out to me, Lorraine was lovely and took the time to sit with me and help me come to terms with what was happening. All members of staff told me my opinion mattered but it never felt like it, my time here has been miserable and I don't feel that anything positive has come from this.

Staff attitude was not at all caring or understanding. There was one member of staff that stood out for showing respect and understanding and that was Lorraine. The lack of consideration towards both parents was also very disgraceful as they had both numbers to contact us both on certain decisions this was not met and as a parent I am out raged.

We were very appreciated night staff and tidiness although you could wish a lot from performance of one doctor particularly Lucy who didn't seams to have enough time to examin U.S.- seating in the reception and having conversations with her coleggues even if she was asked directly by U.S. She didn't seams to care
