I felt vey excluded when decisions were being made about my child, the staff told me what would happen and when as oppose to including me in any decisions being made. One member of staff stood out to me, Lorraine was lovely and took the time to sit with me and help me come to terms with what was happening. All members of staff told me my opinion mattered but it never felt like it, my time here has been miserable and I don't feel that anything positive has come from this.
