Nothing could be improve. I met a lovely lady called Janice and she could not do enough for me it was a nice change from most of the NH Hospitals. I have to come back and I hope lovely Janice is working so I can meet her again.
It was pleasure to be here. Thank you.
The care was 1st class and I was treated very professionally by all staff.
Everything was very caring.
Nothing.
The following is a regular occurrence when arriving at the reception at outpatients of the Queen Vic Hospital, I think the receptionists require a course in customer care, as when I arrived at the counter I am never acknowledged and I have to repeat myself as they don't seem to listen.
They appear disinterested. If they are busy writing up. I think an acknoledgment.
Very informative and friendly staff.
The care was good but we had an appointment for the 4/1/2017 at 2:40 when I brought my son who is special needs, was told it had not been clicked into the computer so one of the staff Janet helped get me in with my son for 5:00 pm same day. Thank you.
After treatment late on that day another lady called Helen who works on the desk had just finished her shift but saw the pain my son was in so she went back to work overtime to get my son another appointment for the next day at 9:30.
A big thank you Helen.
The radiographer who completed the X-ray of my C-spine was professional and kind.
However, when I arrived in the department no one was available on the reception desk.
After giving my details I sat down and listened to the NHS staff behind the desk discuss how they had to do 'needless' C-spine X-rays and how patients always interrupted.
Staff were helpful and helped me understand what to do for my picture.
Thank you.
Everything was spot on.
