Nothing. The following is a regular occurrence when arriving at the reception at outpatients of the Queen Vic Hospital, I think the receptionists require a course in customer care, as when I arrived at the counter I am never acknowledged and I have to repeat myself as they don't seem to listen. They appear disinterested. If they are busy writing up. I think an acknoledgment.
