I received outstanding care today from [name removed], physiotherapist. At all times she was professional caring, supportive and very well informed. She enabled me to relax with a calm reassuring manner and most of all allowed me to leave the department with a sense of relief and confidence concerning my condition. She was cognisant of my medical needs as a leukaemia patient. I’m rather overwhelmed today at how exceptional the care was and this is enabled me to feel much more positive and has aided my well-being generally. Thank you for such outstanding and exceptional care. Going forward I know that I will have the care of the department and rehabilitation to enable me to get back to my previous level and be able to live a more positive life.

All our patients are asked for consent prior to any care or treatment being given and we would encourage all patients to ask questions regarding this. All patients attend a progress meeting when your preferences and opinions are taken into consideration and we cannot plan or make arrangements without your consent.
