I received outstanding care today from [name removed], physiotherapist. At all times she was professional caring, supportive and very well informed. She enabled me to relax with a calm reassuring manner and most of all allowed me to leave the department with a sense of relief and confidence concerning my condition. She was cognisant of my medical needs as a leukaemia patient. I’m rather overwhelmed today at how exceptional the care was and this is enabled me to feel much more positive and has aided my well-being generally. Thank you for such outstanding and exceptional care. Going forward I know that I will have the care of the department and rehabilitation to enable me to get back to my previous level and be able to live a more positive life.
