Both practitioners that we saw, Sophie and Louise were fabulous in taking exhaustive histories, extremely patient about dealing with multiple questions and sometimes conflicting reports! They both made excellent suggestions which we had not thought of and we feel confident moving forward. Matters were explained in a sensitive manner and really their service could not be improved on.

It would be better if there was more continuity with nurses so that nurses are familiar with the patient's history/treatment. Some nurses show interest - more consistency needed.
I would like more in depth information about my condition.
Overall though, I am 'knocked out' by the service that is given
