Both practitioners that we saw, Sophie and Louise were fabulous in taking exhaustive histories, extremely patient about dealing with multiple questions and sometimes conflicting reports! They both made excellent suggestions which we had not thought of and we feel confident moving forward. Matters were explained in a sensitive manner and really their service could not be improved on.
