I needed guidance & was given real practical help with follow up & show different ways to deal with difficulties with parenting a child with complex needs. I was made to feel like a wasn’t a bad mother and that the challenges where real , boundaries house rules all sound advice which I’m putting into practice & seen some good results already.

I have had 2 work shops & a plan out into place so I not sure anything could of been done better than it was.

The team are BRILLIANT! I’ve used the service regularly over the last six months and have had nothing but great experiences. Hats off to a wonderful, non-judgemental group of people.

Patient had to try other continence product to prove that slip will work best and this process took around a month.

I have been seeing [name removed] to weigh my baby for a few months now and she has spent as much time with me as I have wanted, and has been prepared to talk about and give me useful advice for my baby and my older child. It has been a really useful and reassuring experience.

I feel the help I have gotten has been superb and I feel more confident going forward. The overall service has been excellent and I have achieved a good job.
