I needed guidance & was given real practical help with follow up & show different ways to deal with difficulties with parenting a child with complex needs. I was made to feel like a wasn’t a bad mother and that the challenges where real , boundaries house rules all sound advice which I’m putting into practice & seen some good results already.

I have had 2 work shops & a plan out into place so I not sure anything could of been done better than it was.
