Everything was good.
Everything was good.
Answered all our question. Taught a lot more.
Very well explained all questions answered, very understandable.
Midwife Libby is fab, couldn't be better.
Dr Hillman was very helpful and reassuring.
Physio referral ended up at Royal Berks now fighting to get it changed.
I moved to the area 28 weeks into my pregnancy. The community midwife (Emma Frayne) did a wonderful job getting me set up here. She has been friendly, welcoming and informative throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. The only slightly frustrating thing is that all of my blood tests, including blood group, had to be re-done as apparently Swindon would not accept the results in my records from Reading. This resulted in a slight delay in my receiving my anti-d injection and also seemed to be a waste of resources that could be addressed to improve service in the future.
I wont hear a bad word said about West Swindon, this was not my first visit varying from gall bladder to ears and on every occasion I have been dealt with promptly curtiously and above all professionally by all members of staff.
My original hearing aids were fitted by GWH and this visit was regarding an issue with replacement hearing aids fitted at service schedule by another hospital which to put it mildly were rubbish compared to my original ones.
GWH deal with me very quickly and sorted everything out - it's nice to be able to be hear again correctly - just keep doing what you do, you deserve you place on the best list.
They are all very friendly and pleasant and the best part they are very good at the job. Carry on what you are doing.
