Warm and friendly staff who are kind and supportive as well as giving of their time. I came in with mastitis ( and a 3 week old baby) which turned out to be an abscess- this meant I was seen by staff in Beech Ward, A and E, Hazel Ward and the breast center over 4 days. I was particularly impressed with Dr Kate Dodd from Beech ward who was pressuring and sensitive after a very long wait in A and E. Triage on Hazel ward, midwife Mary B.P on the night shifts made me feel happy and confident when I was desperate and tired- she made me feel that my daughter was so wonderful.
My midwife has been very professional and polite during my visits.
Would recommend Heather to other patients.
I really recommend my midwife (Suzy). If I will have another baby I wish she's will be attend me again. Thank you so much to support us.
Have been able to see the same community midwife throughout antenatal care.
Midwife is warm, friendly and supportive first experience of consultant- led antenatal care. Has been helpful to know when schedule of routine appointments. Great to have genetic nurse and screening midwives. had harmony test.
Fantastic care throughout all of pregnancy made to feel very reassured.
Overall I have been very happy with my experience and yes I would recommend. However waiting times at hospital can be a pain.
Excellent service. Julia is very through always takes time to listen and acts promptly if there is a problem.
Appointments were always on time. As first time mum, would have liked more information to reassure me. Midwife was always friendly.
The good thing was, because is close to my house and you get all your medication for free up to 1 year for me and my baby.
Midwives friendly and approachable, providing a relaxed atmosphere.
