SR Diana Hamdy was extremely knowledgeable, which led to a successful handling of the eczema related skin problem. She was clear and concise in her instructions - patient and encouraging despite setbacks. She also remembered family and ongoing situations, not necessarily related to the treatment. I ver much appreciated having my own set of exercises to improve my balance and walking abilities and enjoyed having extra visits to check that I was doing them correctly and that there was so improvement.

I particularly liked the way Julia involved me fully in the diagnosis of my problem and helped me understand the likely cause The orthotics feel supportive in the right place and I look forward to building up their use Dawn, the admin assistant from East Surrey Hospital, was very helpful and friendly. The care I received in hospital was exemplary, the staff were so caring to all the patients in my ward. The afternoon service is also excellent, everyone has always been very nice, ans very punctual and are very proffesionall about their work!
