SR Diana Hamdy was extremely knowledgeable, which led to a successful handling of the eczema related skin problem. She was clear and concise in her instructions - patient and encouraging despite setbacks. She also remembered family and ongoing situations, not necessarily related to the treatment. Very much appreciated.
