All very professional, with clear explanations or what happening and why. There was a short waiting time, but this was immediately communicated. The only negative was that the music I asked for in the MRI scanner did not happen, but otherwise everything was faultless.

There is a lot of bureaucracy in making an appointment plus multiple reminder emails / texts and on arrival at reception. This is irritating. Actual medical treatment is excellent

I had to have a blood test. There is no problem finding my vein and have had numerous blood tests and NEVER have I been left with the unsightly bruise that I have. Also it bled more than I’ve ever seen when having a blood test. Not impressed I’m afraid as everything else was so very good
