I had to have a blood test. There is no problem finding my vein and have had numerous blood tests and NEVER have I been left with the unsightly bruise that I have. Also it bled more than I’ve ever seen when having a blood test. Not impressed I’m afraid as everything else was so very good

Provide someone who could take blood without causing bleeding. Most of my blood tests are taken by overworked nhs staff and they don’t manage to leave unsightly bruising

All of the staff were extremely polite
