I came in for an echocardiogram. I arrived early and was immediately shown into the testing suite. The ultrasound professional explained clearly what would happen and treated me expertly and considerately all the way through. It could not have been a better experience.

Care team was fantastic and the doctor was very clear in communication. However, the follow up (medication prescription) could be more efficient and less time consuming for me. And there is lack of flexibility when it comes to which clinic location I could go to just get a prescription.
