Excellent overall care and communication. Mr O Neills private secretary even sent me an email before I arrived at the clinic to warn me he was going to be 10-15 mins late which I considered very good communication. Other private hospitals have not done that in the past!
Also, I was impressed by the lenght of consultation with Mr O Neill and how friendly the staff were both at the Reception / Check in Desks and also when communicating with me about my medical files / imagery.
It was a very pleasant experience!
