I had an outpatient consultation with Dr Joshi . I was very pleased with the service I received from all the caregivers at Portland place . Dr Joshi provided truly holistic care and was extremely professional, kind and detailed in his consultation . I felt listened to during the course of my consultation and was fully involved in the decision making for my ongoing care . I left my consultation feeling reassured and well informed of the next steps .

Very impressed with the level of care and service I experienced. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous to begin with as this was my first check of this nature but the staff reassured me and made me feel welcome.
Costs wise - this is a benefit picked up by my employer. This was confirmed on check in and check out.

Dr Dipesh Patel was not prepared in our last meeting, totally waste of time, I done my blood test over a month ago, and he said he didn’t have the blood result yet, and he promised in last session there will be board meeting to discuss my MRI scan, he said it happened but he didn’t have the note?! Such waste of time, waste of resource. I would expect some level of profession in private health case, it was very disappointing.
