Jess was excellent gave me exercises that I could do at home, also told me about the free swimming at local gyms. Easy to talk to and took a full history.

I have received excellent care from Chrissie in the physiotherapy department. Chrissie has given me a personalised, manageable exercise plan that has improved the pain, stiffness and weakness in my joints.
I have now been discharged and couldn't recommend any improvements.
The service is already excellent.
On the one occasion that I needed to change my appointment they were very flexible and helpful.

I was treated with understanding when I was struggling to cope with my treatment. I was helped to work my way around it. I don't think there could have been better treatment.

I had very good care from Rob the physio at Chapel Allerton. He was kind and attentive at all times. He answered my questions and gave clear instructions for my conditions. On my first appointment (not with the physio but with a nurse taking swabs pre op) I was not impressed with the fact I was asked to swab the crotch area in view of the car park with no curtain or privacy. The nurse was not attentive.
