I had very good care from Rob the physio at Chapel Allerton. He was kind and attentive at all times. He answered my questions and gave clear instructions for my conditions. On my first appointment (not with the physio but with a nurse taking swabs pre op) I was not impressed with the fact I was asked to swab the crotch area in view of the car park with no curtain or privacy. The nurse was not attentive.
