The doctor l saw on my visit was very caring and compassionate re; my illness. I found her do be very supportive and feel very comfortable discussing my illness with her.
The reception team were also very helpful and maintain a very proffessional manner.

I have had two appointments recently.
1) I had minor surgery by Dr Bhalla and was put at ease as soon as I walked into the treatment room with everything being explained to me and having choices. The surgery was totally painless and recovery excellent. Also having my stitches out was painless.
2) My annual BP check-up was thorough and friendly by both staff and nurse with everything explained to me and my mind was put to rest.

the only thing is, it takes so so long for phone to be answered for to make an appointment

Only I receptionist is hopeless sometimes waiting ages to get sorted.
