Had a 9 am appointment. Arrived on time. It was announced GO running 20 minutes late but during my time in waiting room along with the other patient, no one came in or out of a Gp room. We witnessed a patient arrive to be told GP rang in sick so next available appointment 20.12.2018 - 3 weeks wait. What is this all about?

The practice is very clean and tidy and all the staff and doctors are very friendly and caring. The doctors give me the best care and well being for my ongoing health issues. Sooner appointments are always appreciated by patients that are not well.

Doctor fab. No problems at all but appointment system is a shambles. Waited 3 weeks!
