Excellent care from surgery generally only problem is the length of time to get an appointment.

Thank you for your positive feedback and comment. With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. Our PPG welcomes new members and we could encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services. We would like to assure you that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients.

We have recently carried out an audit of the telephone system which is displayed in the reception waiting room and on the practice website. We work closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we could encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.
