Went for blood test and pressure test with nurse Lyn. She was lovely and instead of going up for first time pressure came down. (I have white coat syndrome).

I can't think of any improvements. My appointment and time with Matt Cooper was first class. He was fully informed of my situation, fully understood the changes since my consultant appointment and quickly came up with the next course of action. He acted swiftly and carried out the actions agreed and another appointment at the hospital was made within 2 days. Matt is very professional, understanding and very effective. I have every confidence in him and consider myself fortunate to have someone like him to go and see.
