Prescription ladies had been very helpful. Bedford street GP refused to issue out 30-day bridging medication, they (Walnut Tree) GP arranged for a T/C consultation with GP for a new patient prescription. The prescription was issued out. Improvement. Could not get through the 8 am a telephone call to get a GP appt. I was made 43 attempts between 8 am. If you could maybe have a call waiting system.

I saw nurse Malin's today for a blood test, considering I've had some issues previously with this and have developed a lot of a phobia, this was a super awesome blood test, if that is such a thing minimal pain, quick easy, and I was made to feel very much at ease. Thank you very much!!
