I came here 2 weeks ago feeling extremely low and depressed. A black cloud was permanently over my head. My problem was moving on from a relationship separation. I felt the GP was completely understanding and sympathetic. My appointment definitely ran over time but at no time did I feel rushed. The advice given was extremely helpful.

Need more doctors not just Locums who don't know the patience. If you have a problem and see a doctor and its going. You should be able to keep seeing the doctor, needs more appointments maybe stay open later in the evenings for people that have to work. The best people I've seen are Ms. Patricia Malins, Mrs Pamela Handley, Dr. Triona Withanage. Amy Wong. You should be able to see the same doctor.

All through my work related injuries I have received support, empathy and professional advice which has enabled me to make the most of my current circumstances. All staff from the GPs, nurses and admin/reception staff have been very supportive to me and my support dog. Without their intervention and continued support and treatment, I would not be here now. Thank you all so much.

When I see the good doctors they are extremely helpful and listen and respond positively such as Dr Withanage. I think the nurses need to be a bit more responsive rather than say the same thing every time you see them. Need more doctors who stay around longer, there seems to be too high turnaround of doctors.

Lynne Manlius was the nurse I saw for anti smoke and other than things. She was kind, calm and above all listens to what I have to say. Extremely empathetic and goes over and above what she needs to.
