I would like to take this opportunity to thank Receptionist Rebecca-Rose Lewis. Over the duration of the past few weeks, there has been a number of issues involving my prescription which have been challenging to resolve due to the fact I work full time so, cannot simply pop to the surgery to sort it. I have contacted the surgery on numerous occasions via telephone and Rebecca has exceeded my expectations of outstanding customer care. She has gone above and beyond to help me resolve the issues - with nothing I have requested, being too much trouble for her. I believe it is important to recognise when people have made what could have been a stressful situation far easier to cope with. So, thank you Rebecca-Rose. You are an asset to Patford House Partnership.

Used dr link which advised I needed an appointment within 3 days, had a text within 2 days and nurse rang me who was so lovely very reassuring and has booked follow up appointments! Excellent service very happy!

Suggested improvements
Call was slightly later than advised so I was a bit worried I’d been missed but the nurse was very apologetic as her surgery had over run, maybe receptionist could have just text to say they were going to be slightly delay. However was no issue as these things happen

I am 74. I live 3 miles from surgery. The phone line appears never to be answered. So I go to the surgery and I feel I have to battle to speak with doctor. Last week saw nursing practitioner who was good. But did not have the knowledge to realize I was not suffering with the diagnosis. Week wasted with me in agony. Till a doctor saw the rash

Answered the phone. Was able to give appointment with doctor.not practitioner in this case

It took 3 days to. Get an appointment following completion of Dr Link, which in its self is a complete wast of time, then a consultation with a nurse who say you need to see a doctor today. After 3 calls from me where I was promised someone would call me, never happened. Day 3 finally got my appointment. Dr called me in said he had read my notes from consultation checked Bp and chest l, prescribed antibiotics, I was in and out with in 3 minutes, wasn't even asked or given the opportunity to say how I was feeling.

Return calls when you say you will. Get rid of Dr link Think about the patient Streamline the process wast of time going through Dr link and a nurse before seeing a dr, wast of you resources

The last month has shown amazing changes I am able to get appointments with the same doctor and now feel like I am getting some where . I have to say that through all the different lock downs that we had, the nurses I had dealings with were amazing . It was just anything to do with doctors that proved difficult oh and have the phone answered .
