When the telephone is eventually answered the person on the other end can't make Dr's appointments they have to go through a manager I had to go to a nurse how was very nice but couldn't really help with what I wanted so I had to have another appointment ! Totally waste of the first appointment! Also of my time having to go back to speak to a Dr!

Originally trying to get an appointment was a nightmare. I was offered an appointment in a months time for a condition that was debilitating. I rang the following day and got an emergency appointment.

Using the telephone to contact the surgery (Beversbrook) is pointless, have tried a number of times to no avail. Actually making an urgent appointment is an obstacle course of multiple choice questions which very often don’t fit the symptoms

Through Doctor Link I was given a telephone appointment within the advised time. We discussed my treatment and all necessary advice was given with further treatment booked there and then.

Vaccination offered by GP, easy to book convenient time, seen on arrival by polite and cheerful receptionist, minimal (2-3 minutes) wait. Vaccinated & out in 5 minutes. Great service!
