I have to walk to the surgery to get an appointment

Your appointment system need re-thinking. Difficult to get appointments. If booked up cant make an appointment for the next day.
It can be hard to get through on the phone, to then be told to do it again the next day.

It was good that the receptionists on duty was here long term employed, so could cross check and make appointment in conjunction with hospital consultant at Mayday Hospital as patient client had letter for this that was sent to her GP
