Well you should have doctors that arrive on time. Every time I have come to this GP Practice I am made to wait more than 30 minutes. It is not fair because if we were late, you would refuse to see us.

The Nurse Phoebe was very good. She took all precautions , even got the doctor to take a look in my ear.
