I had minor surgery at Oxford Terrace. Dr J. Barker and his nurse were pleasant and very helpful. I was given my flu vaccine as an additional service. Thank you to everyone.
You want to feel listened to, given time, opportunity to discuss and ask questions, all which I feel I get whether I go to RR or OT.
I have said this before and I say it again Oxford Terrace is the best medical center in Tyne and Wear.
After hearing what others have to say about the surgery they attend, I thank God for Oxford Terrace.
That includes all the doctors nurses and Clerical staff, also cleaners because when I have been there it is always lovely and clean.

Dear OTMG and RR Team
Like the rest of the patients , I was unsure at the thought of the merger, just like I am sure the team were I am sure were themselves. It I feel oh the whole has been a positive experience, with work still on going.
RR has had an overhaul, and it has brightened the place up , however the wighting room is still dingy , as the practice does not own the building I don't know what to suggest. One option was to change the lighting to daylight tubes is the short term,
On the whole a pleasant experience , I had at the flu fair.

Dear Mr Oliver Thank you for taking the time to take part in the friends and family test and for your review of the practice. The practice takes patient opinions and comments very seriously and we use these comments to improve the service that we provide. We are pleased with the ongoing work at Rawling Road, it has certainly made a difference for the patients and staff, with a more professional look. The flu fair was a great sucesss considering this was the first time we have done anything like this in the past. We hope next year will be better again and we have learned a lot from this experince. yours sincerley Kay Wannop
