I called to book and appointment made at a time that was best for me. Nurse was very friendly and made the appointment very easy as it was slightly embarrassing but she made me feel totally at ease.

All I needed was a sick note, I put the dates I needed for the sick note in the request but wasn’t even told I needed an appt until I’d returned to work so a week later when I had my appt they weren’t able to issue it.

Make sick notes not take 3+ days.

Didn’t wait long

There could be a lift for upstairs as not every person can get upstairs to the waiting room. Especially pensioners who have breathing difficulties
