I’ve seen Dr Leung and nurse Georgie recently. Dr Leung completed and forwarded a referral in minutes. Nurse Georgie was wonderfully gentle and upbeat. I know times are tough for general practice at the moment, but I’ve had a good experience. Thank you Greystone House.

The person who answered the entry intercom was very cheerful and went through pre entry questions clearly and professionally.

Dr running slightly late and consulting room not clearly marked.....but both VERY MINOR.....especially dr running late. I fully understand this and would prefer to have her full attention when I do get to see her, than have her rushing me through because of time pressure.

Nurse Teresa meeke has given my mother great care and attention since her fall and has definitely speeded up her recovery./

I have to viist regularly for treatment concerning leg ulcers and I have had appointments with Nurse Teresa. It is something I look forward to, because I know I will get great care and come away, releived of any anxiety I may have had and my questions will have been fully answered. My last appointment was April 14th and Nurse Teresa, decided with my agreement to try a different approach to the treatment, for a trial until I see her next. An appointment for one week later was arranged at the time. I have to say that it is a pleasure to be taken care of by Nurse Teresa Meeks, not just because of her knowledge and experience, but due to her cheerful , friendly and very efficient manner.
